Basic page for creating RSS feeds for a reading list.

For this demo, enter a list of URLs which retrieve OAI_dc schema-compliant records. These URLs will normally be in the form:
http://<BASE URL of the OAI repository here>?verb=GetRecord&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&identifier=<RECORD IDENTIFIER here>
